Ryan played collegiately at Division III Beloit College. As a senior, Ryan set the then single season record for hits and was in the top 5 for hits, stolen bases, and runs scored for a career. Ryan has been working with area baseball and softball players since graduating in 2007. In addition to working with players individually, Ryan has been coaching travel baseball teams from 11u-15u for the last 13 years. He has spent the last 7 years coaching in the Stevenson High School Feeder Baseball Program while running it for the last 4 years.

Coach Doerhoefer has been coaching girls fastpitch softball in Vernon Hills since 2000 and a member of National Fastpitch Coaches Association for the last 12 years. David lives in Vernon Hills with his wife Joyce. Both of their children, Sara (2010) and Eric (2014) are graduates of VHHS and the University of Missouri.

He is currently a Three Star Master Coach with the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA), Elite Level certified pitching coach with High Performanc
Ken Krause has been coaching girls fastpitch softball for more than 20 years. He has coached teams from 10U to 18U with the Mundelein Thunder, Lake County Fastpitch and IOMT Castaways. Ken is a private instructor specializing in pitchers, hitters, and catchers.
